Real estate video, turned around before the listing goes cold.
A listing video has a short window to matter. If it arrives four days after the listing goes live, the buyers who were going to book a showing have already booked one.
So speed is part of the product here, not a favour. One visit, and the cut comes back within forty-eight hours.
What a listing shoot covers
Interior walkthrough, gimbal-stabilised, lit where the light is not doing the work
Licensed drone exterior — the lot, the street, the roofline
Agent intro or voiceover, teleprompter available
A vertical cut for Instagram and TikTok from the same footage
Detail shots — the finishes buyers actually ask about
Stills pulled from the video for social use
The vertical cut matters more than the long one
Most agents still order one horizontal walkthrough and post it everywhere. It performs on a listing page and nowhere else — a ninety-second horizontal video on Instagram is a scroll-past.
Every listing we shoot comes back as two pieces: the full walkthrough for the listing and your website, and a vertical cut built for social, framed on the day rather than cropped afterwards.
Drone, done legally
Aerial is flown under Transport Canada rules with a DJI Mini 5 Pro. In dense parts of Toronto some airspace requires clearance, and a few buildings and condo boards have their own rules — we check before the shoot day rather than turning up and finding out.
If a property cannot be flown, we will say so when you book instead of building the shoot around a shot that will not happen.
What we do not do
We shoot video. We are not a real estate photography service, and we do not produce floor plans or virtual tours. If you need stills for MLS, keep your photographer and we will work around their session — or shoot the same day so the property is only staged once.
Saying this up front saves everyone a conversation. A videographer who says yes to everything usually delivers one of those things badly.

WHERE THE WORK LIVES
Most of what we shoot never appears on our own feed.
We shoot it, cut it and hand it over — and it goes out on the client's account, under their brand, as their content. That is the job. It also means our own grid shows a fraction of the work, so the pieces our clients have published are collected in one place.

How fast is turnaround?
Forty-eight hours as standard for a single listing. Same-day is possible if the shoot is early and the property is straightforward — tell us at booking.
Do you shoot photos as well?
No. Video only. Most agents keep their photographer and we shoot alongside, often on the same staging day.
Can you shoot an occupied home?
Yes, and most of what we shoot is occupied. We work room by room and we do not move anyone’s belongings without being asked to.
Do you cover the whole GTA?
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill and out to Milton. Travel within 40km is included.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Agent intros, voiceover and captions in English, Arabic or both.
Send the listing.
Address, square footage and when it goes live — that is enough to come back with a plan.
